Donna Short - Medicalodges Butler's is October’s employee spotlight!!
Donna is one of our hardworking night shift RNs ! She has been with the Medicalodge family since, 2018!
Sitting down to a good book is one of her favorite hobbies, her favorite color is red and she loves chocolate. A little something that we might not know about Donna is she is very lazy at heart.
The residents are what inspire her to come to work everyday. A word of advice she to her fellow coworkers is to smile, it goes a long way!
Thanks Donna, the folks at Medicalodges Butler appreciate everything that you do!

This month’s resident spotlight is on Betty Dubray. Betty was born on Janurary 5th,1952 in Butler Missouri, the 7th of 12 children. She married Ira Dubray on May 10th 1969. The couple was blessed with 3 children(all girls.)
Betty was a stay at home mom and taking care of her husband, who spent his time working at Cox’s Hide and Feed. After raising her family Betty worked about 15 years at Casey's.
Betty is grandma to nine grandchildren and she is so proud of each one of them. She loves spending time with her kids, being outside, gardening, fishing and cooking. Fried chicken was a family favorite when she was at home and she definitely has a sweet tooth. She loves Fall and Spring. She is not an avid sports watcher but she did enjoy watching the Chiefs with her husband.
“Do everything right and stay out of trouble” is her advice to her peers. For the staff at Medicalodges she tells us to
“grow up and stay smart.”
Medicalodges of Butler loves you Betty Dubray and congratulations for being our resident spotlight!

It's a new Halloween tradition at Medicalodges Gardner! Residents teamed up with a staff member and put their mad decorating skills to work competing in our first annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Congratulations to the first place team of resident Diana and her partner, Sayde Joeckel, RN. 2nd prize went to resident Larry and his talented partner, Becky Ulmer, DON. These kind of activities are what it's all about. Check out those happy faces!
